    FM Logistic supports the development of its customers



    To support the development of the brand and make the freshest products available to young parents, Blédina decided to establish a new blueprint for its supply chain. The company selected FM Logistic to support it in this major endeavour. This meant a change of service provider and the transfer of stocks to a new logistics centre.


    Combining logistics and distribution with co-packing operations, the organization covers all of the brand's distribution networks and brings flexibility and responsiveness to the customer supply chain.
    This departure has been a success thanks to perfect control operations and compliance with key performance indicators agreed with the customer.
