While September traditionally marks the return to school and work, FM Logistic Foundation and its teams chose to turn it into a key highlight of collective commitment. Through several initiatives conducted simultaneously across seven countries, this “solidarity back-to-school” season became the central thread of concrete support provided to our partner charities and local communities.
Enabling every child and young adult to start the year under conditions that foster success is a core priority of our commitment. In Vietnam, the new school year at Tan Son Nhi Charity School was marked by the distribution of new outfits and uniforms to 230 underprivileged students, giving them the dignity and confidence needed to begin a new year of learning. In the same spirit, in Spain, teams from the Riba-Roja site partnered with the Red Cross to organise a major school supply drive, helping meet the essential needs of nearly 300 children from disadvantaged families.

Back to school solidarity was also demonstrated through very concrete actions aimed at brightening the daily lives of people supported by social structures. In Poland, staff-members in Tomaszów donated paint to the Słoneczko children’s home to renovate and brighten their living spaces, creating a warmer environment.

Meanwhile, teams in Trnava, Slovakia, celebrated Solidarity Day by holding an internal collection of books and socks, bringing a touch of comfort and cheer to children at the local orphanage.
Finally, this month of September provided an opportunity to open our sites wide and offer a breath of fresh air to our beneficiaries. In Romania, the Timișoara and Bucharest logistics hubs welcomed young people supported by the Casa Fraților Onisim and Inimi Noi charities. On the agenda: an immersive day discovering behind-the-scenes logistics operations, taking part in fun activities, and receiving gifts donated by our clients.

In the Czech Republic, teams in Lovosice, their families, and residents of the Litoměřice shelter gathered around sports and togetherness of a day Olympic-style games and warm exchanges following the summer break.

A big congratulations to all participants staff-members for their enthusiasm, and thank you to our partner charities for their renewed trust. Together, let’s continue to embody the values of mutual aid and social inclusion that drive us every day.
